Kim is proud to be one of the founding directors of Ameritrust CDC, a newly formed Certified Development Company contracted with the Small Business Administration to administer the SBA 504 Loan program throughout Washington State.
Ameritrust CDC specializes in below market, fixed rate financing for commercial and industrial projects using the SBA 504 Loan Program. This loan program assures that businesses receive the opportunity to finance their expansion with attractive rates and terms. The financing can be used for the purchase and/or development of land and building or major equipment for business purposes.
Kim has over 14 years of commercial lending experience with local banks and non-bank lenders. She has focused her career on the needs of small business owners and their unique lending needs.

Andrea is a lifelong Washington State resident, moving to the Seattle area after getting her degree at Western Washington University in Bellingham. She began her career in SBA 504 Financing in 1998. Her CDC experience has been all over the spectrum, from loan packaging through debenture funding. Her goal has always been to find a better way to approve and close these loans, while making the process as smooth and invisible to the borrower as she possibly can.She looks forward to putting Ameritrust CDC on the map as the premier CDC in Washington, by focusing all her attention on how we can better serve each and every one of our customers.

Mark is a lifelong resident of Washington State who brings 25 years of retail and wholesale real estate lending experience to Ameritrust. He started his career in Olympia, WA, after graduation from Pacific Lutheran University. Over the last 15 years, he has been instrumental in the development and growth of wholesale real estate lending divisions for Pacific Northwest Bank (formerly InterWest Bank) in Seattle and First Mutual Bank in Bellevue,WA. His desire to "fulfill the needs of every client" resulted in a network of loyal customers who helped him repeatedly be the top producer for each bank and receive annual "President's Club" awards.
Mark has an extensive background in establishing and maintaining client relationships coupled with an intense desire to provide the highest level of customer service. According to Mark, his goal is to "fulfill Ameritrust's mission of unparalled customer service to both the banker and their respective borrowers, so each can achieve their respective goals". He enjoys structuring deals, analyzing financial data and meeting and educating borrowers so they can make prudent financial decisions.
